Refund & Return Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and unworn
- The item must be in original packaging
- All original parts, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to partial refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email returns@babyandtoys.us to request a return
- Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted
- If approved, you will receive:
- Return instructions and shipping details
- Prepare your package:
- Remove or cover all old shipping labels
- Attach the new label clearly without overlapping barcodes
- Drop off the package at a valid shipping location as instructed
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise
- Returns must be shipped within the timeframe provided
- Failure to ship the return within the instructed timeframe may void eligibility for a refund
Restocking Fee
All accepted returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected
- We do not issue refunds without receiving the returned product
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 business days
- Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank
Partial or no refunds may be issued if:
- The return is incomplete or missing items
- The product is not in original condition
- The returned quantity does not match the original order
If your refund has not been received within 30 business days of approval, contact returns@babyandtoys.us
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Product Variations
Due to manufacturer updates, product improvements, or packaging changes:
- Product design, appearance, or packaging may vary slightly from images shown on the website
- These variations do not qualify as defects or incorrect items
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
These items will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items once opened
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before processing or shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, customers must contact us to resolve the issue.
If a chargeback is initiated without attempting resolution or without returning the product:
- We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback
- We will provide evidence including delivery confirmation, communication records, and policy acceptance
Refunds are not issued through chargebacks when the return process has not been completed.
